Ledger can’t access your funds, reset a password, or recover your accounts for you. The 24-word recovery phrase created during setup is the backup for restoring your wallet on a replacement device.

Try another USB cable or port. Use a data-capable cable, reconnect the device, and reopen the relevant coin app.
